A six day vacation ending off with a fourteen hour journey wasn't really a pain. My sister stayed behind in Cape Town with our uncle, so I made myself a comfortable bed on the back seat on which I could not stop falling asleep on.
My mom made the most delicious fried chicken and pork, I ate it until I was tired of it. We stopped a few times only for ice cream and a bathroom break.

I managed to capture this rainbow somewhere in Kimberly. It was actually a double rainbow, but that did not come out on the picture. I have always wanted to touch a rainbow, but sadly, my mother told me that it is impossible. I almost named this blog; "Mama I want to touch a rainbow"

I really enjoyed writing this seven-piece blog about Cape Town, so many pictures were not taken because of the phone I had which took pictures like a calculator, but I'm grateful for the opportunity to travel and see the world, it really can bring so much joy and refreshment, a definite cure for sadness. I hope you enjoyed reading it as much as I enjoyed writing it.
Much love, peace, healing and calm to you all.
